1. General Terms
- PRVT provides private, luxury transportation services in Nashville and surrounding areas.
- By booking a ride, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion for safety, security, or business reasons.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and vehicle.
- Payments must be made via accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- PRVT reserves the right to adjust pricing due to factors such as distance, wait times, special requests, or peak demand.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hrs before the scheduled ride may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email or phone. PRVT will review and process refunds at our discretion.
4. Passenger Conduct & Responsibility
- Passengers must respect the vehicle, driver, and fellow passengers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Clients are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
- PRVT values client privacy and confidentiality. We do not disclose ride details or personal information to third parties unless required by law.
- Our chauffeurs maintain the highest level of discretion to ensure a secure and private experience.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
- PRVT is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the ride. Clients are responsible for their belongings at all times.
- PRVT makes every effort to provide a safe and comfortable experience but is not responsible for any incidental or indirect damages resulting from our services.
7. Service Modifications & Termination
- PRVT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
- Clients who violate these Terms and Conditions may have their service terminated without refund and may be prohibited from booking future rides.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- PRVT may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
